In order for you to have the best shopping experience with us, we’ve included our Shipping Policy.


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. We will use the email you provided during checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email as well, where the tracking number will be included.

Most domestic orders are shipped using USPS First-Class mail with a $2.66 flat fee. Item should be delivered between 4-5 after shipped. AVANTBark is not held liable for packages marked as “delivered” by USPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please know customers are responsible for the shipping costs and these are calculated automatically when placing the order online. Oh, and we ship internationally too!

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

At the moment, expedited shipping methods are not available. If you need your order to be delivered in a quickly manner, please email and we'll do our best to accommodate you!


 Please know that buyers outside the US are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties. AVANTBark is not responsible for any delays due to customs. A $25 flat rate will be charged for international orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for item to deliver. Please make sure you are informed of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, etc. since some of these can be costly. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Oh no! So you need to return or exchange your bandana? No prob! At the end, we strive for your ultimate happiness, and rest assure we’ll do anything in our hands to make you guys smile!

First, send us a message through our contact form informing us that you will be returning/exchanging your bandana, and include the reason. Please wait for our response before shipping back the item, to see if we can help you out before returning the merchandise. Once we confirm the return, please ship the item back within 10 days of the date it was delivered, and only if it’s new, unworn and unwashed, with its original packaging in perfect condition. Make sure these requirements are fulfilled! We hold the right to deny a refund if the item doesn’t fulfill our return policy requirements.  Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue your refund less the original shipping charges to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days to process your return/exchange.

Please remember you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return/exchange item, and the original shipping is non-refundable. All international purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All purchase of items that are marked as “Sale/Clearance” are final. Custom orders are non-refundable.  Please be aware that all items may have variations that add to the uniqueness of each item. We work with patterns that are individually cut and follow different placement of the same design. We truly encourage customers to visit the “SIZE GUIDE” before purchasing any product.

AVANTBark is not to be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design. Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by AVANTBark. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against AVANTBark, its employees, partners, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.
